Our Story

DC Design Works Embroidery began with a passion discovered while working alongside the previous owners for two years before COVID-19. What started as learning the craft quickly became a love affair with embroidery and the art of bringing custom designs to life.

In October 2023, we officially took ownership of the embroidery shop, and in July 2025, we expanded to include heat press services. Our journey to Mora began in August 2003 when Dean accepted the manager position at the local Coborn's grocery store, making this community our home.

Chris fell in love with the creative challenge of embroidery—transforming ideas into beautiful, custom apparel that our customers can wear with pride. That passion drives everything we do today.
